Amerikas Präsident hat alle Länder, die noch mit Iran handeln, mit einem sofortigen Strafzoll von 25 Prozent belegt. Ökonomen sind erstaunt. Betroffen wären weit mehr als 100 Länder – darunter auch Deutschland.
