Die CDU-geführte Bundesregierung ist 100 Tage im Amt. Doch ein Ende der wirtschaftlichen Talfahrt ist nicht in Sicht. Jetzt setzt die Regierung auf ihr kreditfinanziertes Infrastrukturpaket. Das aber könnte sich als teures Strohfeuer entpuppen.
